Science East & West Renovations 9/8/09

Both Network Engineering and the Telephone group are to conduct inventories of existing resources in both Science East and West. The invnetories are to identify to following;

• Existing users and locations
• Who is scheduled to move into the new Science Center
• Who is tentatively scheduled to move into a renovated Sceince East
• Who is tentatively scheduled to move into a renovated Science West
• What areas and departments are currently in both buildings that will NOT return to the Sceince buildings
• What are the projected capacities (port availabilities) for each building prior to renovation

Central Facilities wants to schedule meetings in October to discuss coordination of required pre-renovation activities that need to take place in Science East. Specific areas currently be occupied will require abatement prior to renovation. Plans for relocation of classes and activities need to coordinated early.
