The April 28th meeting with network engineering reviewed the telecomm room sizes.
The May 4th meeting with facilities, media resources, and client reviewed the conference room IT design and LCD locations. Video conferencing was requested for the smaller conference room by the client.
Working on the DD and specifications comments.
Monitoring the SE room renovations which are a part of the RV Science project.
Setup meeting with ITV to review their I/O locations and devices.
Review DD specifications.
Review the DD drawings.
Follow up with facilities and architects that all their It questions have been responded to.
Confirm the NE group is prepared and ready to review their telecomm room design for May 14th.
