•Biweekly programming meetings continue. The last meeting reviewed and discussed IT related designs and changes. An hour and half was spent reviewing ITV connectivity for the building.
•Updated AV specifications were forwarded to design team.
•A meeting is scheduled with the AV group to discuss the LCD locations.
•Working with the network service group in determining the rack layouts.
•Following up with the facilities group on the workstation count.
•Preparing a meeting to discuss ITV locations and their requirements. A meeting was previously held with facilities on potential ITV locations.
